• Corkscrew Ceramic Spiral Spray Nozzles have limited Ceramic mould No. They can also be produced in any item No. by machining process.
• Ceramic material is abrasion resistant.
• The spiral nozzle, sometimes called helix, pigtail, or corkscrew, disperses liquid as it shears along the turns of the spiral. There are no internal parts, but instead it has an external spiral vane.
• These are one-piece nozzles with no internal vane and a wider free passage.
• Spray angles: 120⁰ for mould. Other spray angles can be manfacured by machining method.
• Operating pressure range: up to 400 psi (25 bar)
• Largest free passage in spiral design makes them virtually clog-free and produces a wider spray coverage than other nozzles for a given flow and pressure.
